If your someone that has stumbled onto this blog hoping to read about plants, trees and other regular woodland features I'm sorry to disappoint. Yeah I know that the name for the blog is a tad misleading and has no relevance to what I'm going to discuss..... but I think it's kinda catchy. What this blog really is is a kind of docu-diary where I write about some of the stuff that happens to me during the summer. (two is's in the one sentence, I'm not too sure how that works :/)
In theory, I'm hoping that by promising to write about the hopefully fun stuff that I get up to over the next three months I'll actually do something productive with my time. Who knows, I might actually learn a new skill and if worst comes to worst I can say that I've improved my writing although I'll let you be the judge of that!
So here's to the Summer, and just to make up for the whole Common Forest thing I've included a picture of an actual tree for all you hard core botanists.... enjoy!.
